The Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro we saw earlier this morning may be pretty, but its price tag isn’t something everyone can afford. At the on-going IFA, Lenovo also introduced some mid-range devices, the Flex lineup of notebooks that also features a Yoga-alike design, along with an affordable Flex 20 AIO PC.
First up, Lenovo has two new additions, the Flex 14 and Flex 15 that has a screen that can be folded backwards like the Yoga series but instead of all the way, it can only go up to 300-degrees for stand mode, offering new ways to interact with a PC and positions the device closer to the user for more natural, comfortable touch experience.
The Flex 14 and 15 have 14.1 and 15.6” displays respectively, with either an optional Full HD resolution. They feature 10-point multitouch, are powered by the latest 4th generation processors with graphics of up to NVIDIA discrete GT 740M, up to 1TB of HDD or optional SSD/NAND flash on Ultrabook models.
As for the Flex 20 AIO, the 20.5mm thin PC is designed with aluminum shell, giving it a modern look that fits into any given space. It features a 19.5” frameless HD IPS 90-degree tilt display with up to 500GB HDD or SSHD storage and of course, your choice of Intel Haswell processor.
The Flex 14/15 and Flex 20 AIO will have a starting price of USD$949, USD$629.99, and USD$899.99 respectively and are scheduled to hit the market starting October.
