Still remember the dual-display Asus Taichi Windows 8 Ultrabook that was launched in Malaysia earlier this year? Well, Asus has come out with another Taichi model that features even larger displays. Two 13.3-inch full HD 1080p displays, to be exact.
At a glance, there is no significant differences between the two variants of Asus Taichi apart from their screen sizes. That being said, the Asus Taichi 31 (13.3-inch display) is made available with additional processors option – the 3.10GHz Intel Core i7-3537U that was just released earlier this year – on top on Intel Core i5-3317U and Core i7-3517U that were already available for Asus Taichi 21 (11.6-inch displays).
Additionally, Asus Taichi 31 also comes with 53Whr battery instead of 35Whr in the Taichi 21. The company didn’t mention its actual pricing and market availability though, so it is yet to be seen if the 13.3-inch version of Asus Taichi will actually be released in Malaysia.
