It looks like this year is going to be a huge one for AMD as it has listed tons of products under its 2013 plan which was revealed earlier today at the company’s CES 2013 press conference. These products include Solar System and Sea Islands GPUs; Richland and Kaveri APUs; Kabini and Temash system on chips (SoC).
Of course, these codenames actually have proper products name for them and here they are:
Solar System: AMD Radeon 8000M Series GPU for notebooks
Sea Islands: AMD Radeon 8000 Series GPU for desktops
Richland: AMD A8 and A10 APUs performance ultrathin notebook and desktops.
Kaveri: Successor to Richland, coming in second half of 2013.
Kabini: AMD A4 and A6 SoCs for mainstream ultrathin notebook and small PCs.
Temash: AMD A4 and A6 SoCs for tablets.
