Those of you who have been waiting for a local release for the Google Nexus 7 tablet will be happy to know that in line with our earlier post, the tablet will be available in KL starting tomorrow and at Lowyat.NET we managed to get a price from the distributors Senheng senQ! While there is no news on the 8GB model, we have been told that the 16GB model will be retailing at a cool RM999. While it’s not the exact same as the US equivalent, the sub RM1,000 price does seem quite an attractive one, considering how much the grey market units were selling for. On top of that, all Senheng senQ plus one members will get an extra year on top of the original warranty.
