Illegear is introducing the SWIF 27 Ultra gaming monitor. Specifically, the display is a dual-mode gaming monitor, capable of switching between two resolutions and refresh rates.
Specs-wise, the SWIF 27 Ultra is a 27-inch monitor with an IPS panel. Regarding its dual-mode nature, the monitor has the ability to switch between two native resolutions and refresh rates: 4K at 180Hz or FHD at 360Hz. Additionally, it has a 1ms GTG response time, and even supports Adaptive Sync.
Other specifications of the SWIF 27 Ultra include 10-bit colour depth, along with a 95% DCI-P3 colour gamut, which is actually not too bad for a monitor of this calibre. In addition, the monitor has a built-in dual 2W speaker system, which is ideal if you’re lacking the budget for a decent speaker system or headphones.
And before you ask, yes, the SWIF 27 Ultra does come with RGB lighting installed into the back of it. And yes, you can rotate the monitor into portrait mode, as well as swivel and pivot as necessary.
The Illegear SWIF 27 Ultra will be available starting from December onwards, and will retail at RM1,699. In conjunction with its availability, Illegear is also offering a free adjustable desk stand worth RM99, an HDMI 2.1 cable, and a DisplayPort 1.4 cable.
