The Ministry of Works (KKR) has officially announced that the MYJalan 1.0 road complaint application has been fully discontinued. This shutdown follows the official transition to MYJalan2.0, which is now live starting today on 14 November 2025.
According to KKR, MYJalan2.0 introduces a refreshed interface and several smart, user-friendly upgrades designed to make reporting road issues quicker and more efficient. The app now supports audio-based complaint submissions via AI Speech-to-Text, allowing users to file reports without typing. Users can also save draft complaints before submitting them, and sign in more securely using either their email or MyDigital ID.

The new version also improves accuracy and accessibility by offering enhanced GPS positioning, access to highway CCTV feeds, motorcycle shade locations, blackspot area details, and disaster-related information. It also includes an always-accessible SOS emergency line, giving users a convenient reference point during emergencies and incidents.
MYJalan2.0 is further integrated with PBT Care, which means urban road-related complaints can be channeled directly to local authorities for faster action. This is meant to streamline reporting across federal, state, and municipal jurisdictions, reducing delays typically caused by agency handovers.

KKR added that existing MYJalan users can log in to the new app using the same email and password they previously used with MYJalan 1.0. The updated app is now available for download on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei AppGallery.
