Like any other residence, smart homes require cleaning and upkeep, which is why robot vacuums are a staple in these dwellings. Joining the selection of such devices are the Narwal Freo Flow and Freo X10 Pro, which recently made their local debut. In addition to these, the brand launched the S30 wet dry vacuum.
Starting with the Freo lineup, the Freo Flow sports a sleek build designed to easily glide under furniture to reach hidden dust zones. The vacuum delivers 22,000 Pa of suction strength while operating at under 60dB.
Furthermore, its base station handles tasks like hot-water mop washing, scrubbing, and warm air drying. According to Narwal, the dock automatically refills and drains water as necessary and can hold dust for up to 120 days. Aside from that, the Freo Flow packs a 6,400mAh battery. Other features include a self-cleaning track mop and dual water tanks.
Meanwhile, the Freo X10 Pro comes with 11,000 Pa of suction power and operates at under 57dB. Furthermore, in addition to its Zero-Tangling Floating Roller Brush and Anti-Tangle Side Brush the robot vacuum features an EdgeReach Mop Extension with EdgeSwing Technology for reaching tight corners. Aside from that, it comes with a self-cleaning dock.
As for battery life, Narwal claims that the device’s 5,200mAh battery can power up to 219 minutes of simultaneous mopping and vacuuming on a single charge. Like the Freo Flow, the Freo X10 Pro also includes dual water tanks. Rounding things off is an IPX2 water resistance rating.
Finally, the Narwal S30 sports a lightweight frame with an ergonomic handle. Its features include 20,000 Pa of suction, a self-cleaning function, and a display that shows real-time updates. It is also equipped with a Cut & Comb De-Tangle System meant to prevent hair tangles, as well as a water cycle system to keep the mop clean. Moreover, the vacuum cleaner is designed to clean close to edges.
These products are available for purchase online from the brand’s official Shopee page, as well as Aihome outlets at Sunway Velocity, Plaza Low Yat, and IOI City Mall. The Narwal S30 retails for RM1,699, while the Freo Flow and Freo X10 Pro are priced at RM5,499 and RM2,699 respectively.
As part of the launch, the company is offering the products at a discounted price until 12 October 2025. During this period, customers can buy the S30 for RM1,499 and receive free gifts including a roller brush, disposable filter bag, and cleaning solution.
Similarly, those purchasing the Freo Flow can get it for RM5,099 and receive a gift bag. As for the Freo X10 Pro, early birds can get it for RM2,399, with a free gift bag and detergent. All three products acquired during the promotion period also come with one year extended warranty.
