Honda has unveiled its first-ever fully electric motorbike (e-bike), christened the WN7. The WN7 name is derived from ‘W’, inspired by the development concept “Be the Wind”, ‘N’ representing naked, and the number ‘7’ referring to the W7’s power class. The e-bike is currently open for pre-booking in the European market, with production set to begin this year and deliveries expected to start in 2026.
The e-bike was first showcased at EICMA in 2024 as the EV FUN Concept. From there, it has now taken shape and is ready to hit the roads. In terms of design, the WN7 follows a naked bike style. It features a sharp front fascia with slim LED headlights, angular body panels, and a clean, uncluttered appearance. The bike also comes equipped with a five-inch TFT screen, RoadSync connectivity, and exclusive EV menus.
In terms of performance, Honda claims that it delivers power equivalent to a 600cc internal combustion engine (ICE), thanks to its 18kW water-cooled motor producing 100Nm of torque. The motor is powered by a fixed lithium-ion battery, which is said to provide a range of more than 130km. Furthermore, with a kerb weight of just 217kg, the automaker states that the e-bike offers a highly engaging riding experience.
For charging, the WN7 is compatible with CCS2, enabling rapid charging from 20% to 80% in just 30 minutes. It can also be charged via a 6kVA wall box charger, which takes three hours for a full charge.

At present, these are the only details available on the Honda WN7 e-bike. A full unveiling will take place during EICMA 2025.
