The iPhone 17 and its Pro variants are the stars of the Apple “Awe Dropping” event today. Alongside these phones, the bitten fruit company has introduced an array of accessories, including cases and a MagSafe battery for the iPhone Air.
As you can probably guess from the name, the MagSafe battery is a battery that attaches to the rear of the device. The thin and lightweight battery serves to provide the phone with extra charge. According to Apple, the device offers up to 40 hours of video playback. The MagSafe battery retails for RM479, but at the time of writing, it is not available for purchase yet.
Moving on, we have cases for each of the iPhone models. Firstly, there is the iPhone Air case with MagSafe, which comes in frost and shadow. Other than that, Apple has also introduced a bumper case. This one is available in four colours and features a reinforced polycarbonate design for protection. The MagSafe case is priced at RM239, while the bumper case is available for RM169.
Naturally, the base iPhone 17 and the Pro versions also get MagSafe cases, which come in clear and silicone options. The silicone case for the regular iPhone 17 comes in black, neon yellow, light moss, anchor blue, and purple fog. As for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, the available colours include orange, terra cotta, neon yellow, purple fog, midnight, and black. Both clear and silicone cases retail for RM239.
If you’ve been keeping up with the leaks prior to the event, then you may recognise the TechWoven cases for the Pro models. These are essentially the successor to the FineWoven cases. The cases are available in black, blue, purple, sienna, and green, and are priced at RM299.
Finally, we have the crossbody strap that pairs with the bumper, silicone, and TechWoven cases. The strap is available for RM299.
