When the realme 15 series was first unveiled back in July, one primary selling point was its AI Edit Genie. What set it apart from the other AI editing tools out there is that it can take voice commands. More recently, as part of its teaser campaign for the Malaysian market, the company says that it was made with help from internet search giant Google.
realme also makes mention of the Google Gemini Nano Banana, which may have had some parts extracted to serve as the base for the AI Edit Genie. Though the brand has not said if it will be capable of things like combining multiple images into one.

Instead, and probably more importantly, the company says the AI Edit Genie of the realme 15 series supports three languages. Which are English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, so there shouldn’t be any language barrier to the app for local users.
The AI Edit Genie of the realme 15 series is claimed to be “an industry-first voice-led photo editing feature”. Which is probably fitting for a phone that it’s selling as the “AI Party phones”. All that being said, the company is still keeping the realme 15 series’ local launch date close to its chest.
