Aside from the Predator Helios 18P AI, gaming keyboards, and minimalist-designed monitors, Acer also took the time to launch a second Predator product, the X27U F8. The new gaming monitor comes with some top-shelf features, all catered to the gaming experience.
The X27U F8 sports a 27-inch (26.5-inches, to be precise) OLED panel, with a native resolution of the of WQHD (2560 x 1440). However, the main selling point of the monitor is the ridiculously and borderline absurd refresh rate of 720Hz.

Before you get too excited, that refresh rate is only available if you are willing to reduce the resolution down to HD (1280 x 720). It’s a bit of an odd choice, given that the standard resolution for such ultra-high refresh rate is typically Full HD.
That being said, running the X27U F8 at its native WQHD resolution still yields a peak refresh rate of 540Hz, which is more than plenty for even the most demanding Esport titles.

At the time of this publication, Acer has yet to provide us with local pricing and availability.
