CIMB has issued a notice on its official website to inform customers that some of its banking services will be temporarily unavailable this weekend due to system maintenance. Aside from disruptions to the MyDebit system, the self service terminals will be affected.
The system maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, 16 August 2025 from 12:01AM until 8:00AM, as well as Sunday, 17 August 2025 from 12:01AM until 5:00AM. During the maintenance period, customers will be unable to use automated teller machines (ATM and MEPS) and cash deposit machines (CDM).

Of course, as the planned maintenance will take place between midnight and early morning, most CIMB customers will likely be unaffected. However, those who typically conduct their banking transactions should take note of the service interruptions to avoid facing issues.
CIMB also advises its customers to plan banking transactions in advance. Moreover, the bank apologises for any inconvenience caused by the disruptions. As usual, those looking to learn more can direct their inquiries to the bank’s customer service centre or the official website.
