Nothing sub-brand CMF has unveiled its newest wearable, the Watch 3 Pro. The smartwatch features upgrades in terms of display and battery life. Also worth pointing out is the new name – the watch is called “Watch 3 Pro”, while its predecessor is named “Watch Pro 2”.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro features a 1.43-inch 466 x 466 AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 650 nits. The watch measures 47mm and sports a metal body and liquid silicone strap. The weight of the device varies depending on the chosen colour, as each variant gets a different bezel. Unfortunately, unlike the previous model, the bezel is not interchangeable. For protection, the watch has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

As for its health tracking features, you get the typical fare of heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level, stress, sleep tracking, as well as women’s physiological health. The watch also comes with 131 sports modes ranging from yoga to hiking. Furthermore, the device has smart activity detection and can recognise activities like walking, running, and cycling.
The watch is equipped with a 350mAh battery that offers up to 13 days of regular use on a single charge. With heavy use and Always On Display enabled, it lasts 4.5 days. On the flip side, CMF claims the wearable can last up to 60 days in power saving mode.

Another notable feature is the ChatGPT integration. The wearer can directly speak with the chatbot and ask questions without relying on their phone. Additionally, the watch can be used to record voice notes, which are automatically transcribed.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro comes in three colorways: Orange, Light Grey, and Dark Grey. It retails for GBP99 (~RM566), which is a heftier price compared to its precursor. However, local availability and pricing are unclear at the time of writing.
