Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd (Rapid Bus) announced that the Rapid KL On-Demand service is expanding to the Shah Alam and Klang areas starting today (18 July). The expansion covers 12 areas, with 25 vans deployed to serve these locations.

The expanded service will cover areas including Persiaran Dato Menteri–KTM Shah Alam, KTM Padang Jawa–Terminal 17, KTM Padang Jawa–Seksyen 7, U12 Cahaya Alam, Bandar Baru Klang, and KTM Klang–Batu Belah. According to Rapid Bus, this expansion is part of Prasarana’s commitment to strengthening urban mobility and improving access to public transportation.

With this latest expansion, the Rapid KL On-Demand service now operates in 44 areas across the Klang Valley. The service runs daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM and costs just RM1 per trip. Payments can be made using debit or credit cards, Touch ‘n Go cards, DuitNow QR, e-wallets, or any of the unlimited travel passes (My50, Pas MyCity, Pas MyTourist, Pas Famili, and OKU SMILE).

Trips can be booked through the Rapid On-Demand and the My Pulse app, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. For service zone details and user guides, visit MyRapid or follow Rapid KL on social media.
