Edifier has recently launched a new pair of gaming speakers in Malaysia, the HECATE G2000 Pro. As the name suggests, these speakers are an upgraded version of the regular G2000, boasting larger drivers, virtual 7.1 surround sound, and 64W peak output for a strong and punchy sound.
The speakers feature a compact design, measuring at 300 x 200 x 250mm. According to Edifier, the bottom part of each speaker is roughly the size of a person’s palm. The G2000 Pro is equipped with 3-inch full-range drivers with DSP tuning to deliver a rich and balanced audio experience.
For connectivity, the gaming speakers support Bluetooth 5.4, as well as USB-A, USB-C, and 3.5mm inputs, allowing them to be used with a variety of devices. Additionally, they come with three EQ sound modes, which are Game, Music, and Movie.
Naturally, no gaming speaker is complete without RGB lighting, and the G2000 Pro is no exception. It also gets seven built-in dynamic lighting modes, which can be customised through the HECATE Gaming Center software.
The G2000 Pro comes in Black and White colour options and is available for purchase through the brand’s official distributor on Shopee with a retail price of RM999. That said, the speakers are currently being offered at a discounted price of RM699.
