PlayStation has announced this year’s iteration of Days of Play, which is ongoing from now until 11 June. As usual, this means discounts across the board, from hardware to software. But while there is an extensive list of items being discounted, the discounts themselves could be more substantial.
Starting with the hardware, all models of the PlayStation 5 is getting a RM239 discount. This brings down the prices of the Digital, Standard and Pro models of the console to RM1,830, RM2,260 and RM3,610 respectively for this period of time. Incidentally, the same applies to the PS VR2 as well, bringing its asking price down to RM2,560.
For peripherals, the standard DualSense controller has the smallest discount of RM54, So it’s priced at RM315 until the end of Days of Play. The DualSense Edge, as well as the similarly priced Pulse Explore TWS buds, share the same RM130 discount, so they temporarily cost RM869.

As for software, we start on a technicality. Sony says that PlayStation Plus memberships will be cheaper by up to 33% during this period. This discount applies to both new subscriptions and upgrades from one tier to the next. As for the games themselves, the discounts range from as low as 10% all the way up to 80%, though expect the latter to be limited to things like annual sports titles. You can check out the announcement post on the official PlayStation Blog, or the list of discounted games and their prices, both linked below.
