MYTV Mana-Mana, a local streaming and live TV app, has introduced two subscription tiers for ad-free viewing. Launched back in 2023, the platform was previously free for all with advertisements, but now users have the option to upgrade to either the Basic or Premium tiers to avoid being peppered with ads.
To start with, the Basic plan includes the 23 live TV channels and 22 live radio channels as well as an additional four premium TV channels and 1,000 on-demand videos. The plan also allows you to use the platform on Google TV, which is not available for free users. It costs RM6.90/month which lets you use Mana-Mana on three devices, but you can save a bit of money by opting for a three-month contract at RM19.90 or a one-year commitment at RM74.90.
As for the Premium plan, it comes with a whopping 10 additional premium live TV channels as well as premium videos on demand along with the other perks that come with the Basic tier. The more costly option expands the usage to four devices with a price tag of RM9.90/month; the 3-month and 12-month commitments for the Premium tier cost RM28.90 and RM106.90 respectively.
The premium live channels include Rock Action, Rock Entertainment, Global Trekker, KCM, SPOTV Now, Aniplus, One, Euro News, Drama Channel, and Zoo Moo. The Basic plan only provides access to the first four premium channels.
