Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is releasing on 26 June, with a limited edition DualSense controller to go with it. But if you want to meet the creator of the series Hideo Kojima himself, as well as other prominent people behind the game, you can stand a chance to do so by pre-ordering the game.
More specifically, those who pre-order the game will stand a chance to attend the Taipei leg of the Death Stranding World Strand Tour 2, with the round-trip flight and two-nights hotel stay included. There’ you’ll not only be able to meet Kojima but also Yoji Shinkawa, who is behind the art of the series. Ludvig Forssell and Kyle Cooper, musical director and title designer, respectively will also be in attendance.
As mentioned, participating means pre-ordering Death Stranding 2. Specifically a physical copy of the game, though it’s your choice whether to get the Standard or Collector’s Edition. You’ll then need to fill up a registration form with your proof of purchase, as well as answer a number of other questions related to the game. Naturally, you’ll also have to share contact details.
Considering the pre-ordering part is pretty important, this contest is only running until 20 June, slightly under a week before the 26 June launch date of Death Stranding 2.
