Monster Hunter is quite obviously the main attraction here.

Taiwanese publisher Justdan previously announced that it would be organising the first Capcom pop-up store in Malaysia at LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre. Having been there on the very first day, here’s a quick look at what you can expect to see there.

Which, if you were only looking forward to getting merchandise that’s otherwise exclusive to Japan, this is definitely the right place to be. That being said, it doesn’t seem like much else is planned for the four days the Capcom pop-up store will be here for.

Even then, Monster Hunter is quite obviously the main attraction here, and while Wilds gets the most attention, being the latest entry in the franchise, there’s plenty of representation of monsters not currently in the new game. These come in a pretty healthy variety, from folders to plushies and large models, and prices that range from RM19 all the way to RM809.

Merch featuring characters from other franchises are also here, though not to the degree of Monster Hunter. The single product category which the widest range of representation is in the Capcoron Mascot Plush range, though what character each represents can be a bit difficult to tell apart from one another, besides really unique-looking ones like Amaterasu from Okami.

Overall though, if you’re looking to get yourself some Monster Hunter merch, especially the monster plushies models of varying sizes, definitely stop by the Capcom popup store at LaLaport Bukit Bintang. The popup store will be here until 20 April 2025, between 10AM and 10PM.
