Tecno has officially announced the arrival of the Megapad 11, the first tablet from the brand to be available in Malaysia. Despite being an affordable offering, the tablet has a SIM card tray for cellular connectivity and on the software side, it runs on Android 14.
The Megapad sports an 11-inch 1920×1200 LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 440 nits. Internally, it runs on a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage alongside a microSD card slot for expansion.
Imaging-wise, the tablet features a 13MP main camera on the back and an 8MP sensor up front. Powering the entry-level device is an 8,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging. As for connectivity, it supports 4G, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.2. Additionally, it is packed with four stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos compatibility.
The Megapad 11 retails at RM899 for the 8GB+256GB configuration and is available for purchase through the brand’s TikTok page. According to third-party retailers, there will also be a 128GB variant that will be released in February at RM699.
