Rapid KL operator Prasarana has announced a temporary suspension of the My50 pass renewal process. This is scheduled to take place from 23 December 2024 until 31 January 2025, impacting all Rapid KL rail, BRT and bus hub customer service counters.

According to the company, this measure is being undertaken to facilitate upgrades to the My50 pass sales system, enabling it to handle the growing number of users effectively. Prasarana promises that the improvements will lead to a better overall experience with the My50 pass system.

Mulai 23 Disember 2024 hingga 31 Januari 2025, proses pembaharuan pas My50 ditangguh sementara untuk penambahbaikan sistem.

It appears that those with passes expiring within the suspension period will need to wait until the upgrades are completed before they can renew. In the meantime, Touch ‘n Go card payments (also available on MyKad) for train fares, as well as purchasing tokens through station kiosks, are plausible alternatives.

The operator notes that new My50 pass purchases can still be made as usual at all these counters. As for users who still have remaining days on their existing pass, they need to use up the remaining days first until the pass expires and purchase a new pass after that.

For further assistance or inquiries, customers can contact the Rapid KL customer service line at 03-7885 2585 or stay updated through its social media channels.
