Bank Islam has announced a temporary suspension of several services related to DuitNow. This includes DuitNow Transfers, DuitNow Requests, DuitNow QR, as well as DuitNow e-wallet and online transactions.
The bank has not provided specific reasons for this suspension. For the time being, customers relying on these services will need to seek alternative options until they are restored.

Additionally, the bank has stated that its other services remain unaffected. These include withdrawals via ATMs, GIRO transfers between banks and debit card transactions, which can still be carried out without any disruption.
Bank Islam says it is working on resolving this issue in order to restore full functionality of affected services. However, it did not specify how long the maintenance is expected to last.
