Well-known leakster Evan Blass (aka evleaks) has recently shared a set of images that are believed to be leaked Samsung promos featuring upcoming its products. These include the Galaxy Fold6 and Flip6, Galaxy Watch7 and the Galaxy Ring, which are expected to debut during the tech giant’s second Unpacked event of the year that’s rumoured to take place in Paris, France on 10 July 2024.
However, as you can see, the images provided have been heavily modified by evleaks to appear pixelated, though you can somewhat still make out which device is which based on certain features. This is done intentionally, as Samsung doesn’t take kindly to materials, such as promos, that are leaked directly from them. One particular image from the set, claimed to have been sourced from Samsung Kazakhstan, was actually leaked in its full glory on Reddit prior to this.
Despite being mentioned in several rumours before this, neither the entry-level or Ultra variants of the Galaxy Fold6, nor the Galaxy Watch FE are visible in the leaked promos. This adds scepticism on the validity of these claims, though it is possible that Samsung is only highlighting “hero” products in these materials.
Given that the next Unpacked event is supposedly just around the corner, we’re expecting to see even more leaks of the devices involved to surface online in one way or another.
