Digital bank GXBank has rolled out yet another update that introduces a much needed feature. With the update, the bank now supports scheduled transfers, allowing you to automate any transactions that you need to be done regularly.
To do so, you just need to tap on the “Send Money” button, choose the recipient, and change the type of transfer to “Schedule and automate”. From there, you can pick whether you want to schedule a one-time transaction or you want it to happen on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The app will then allow you to choose the start date for this schedule and you can set how many times to repeat this transfer, with a maximum of 240 times.
This is just one of several key features that have recently been added by the nascent digital bank. Just last month, it finally added the ability to make payments through DuitNow by scanning QR codes.
On a related note, GXBank currently has an ongoing Raya promotion for its Savings Pockets feature. Up until 9 May 2024, you can get a 5% p.a daily interest on deposits in your savings on the app.
