OPPO has officially launched the new Reno11 series in Malaysia. The mid-range lineup is the latest in the Reno series. The local versions carry slightly different specs from its counterparts released in China, most notably, the processors.
The Reno11 sports a 6.7-inch 1080p OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 950 nits. Instead of the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 inside of the Chinese version, the Malaysian variant runs on a Dimensity 7050 chipset with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, along with a microSD card slot for expansion.
On the imaging side, it has a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with OIS as well as a 32MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide; both phones feature a 32MP selfie shooter but only the one on the Pro has autofocus. Battery-wise, it is equipped with a 5,000mAh capacity with 67W charging.
For the Reno11 Pro, it features the same 120Hz 6.7-inch OLED display as its vanilla sibling. Inside, it runs on the Dimensity 8200 instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset found in the Chinese variant, with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The photography setup consists of a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary camera with OIS, a 32MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Powering it is a smaller 4,600mAh battery with faster 80W charging support.
The Reno11 gets a price tag of RM1,899 while the Reno11 Pro is being offered with a price tag of RM2,499. On the software side, the series debuts ColorOS 14 based on Android 14, which will gradually roll out to other OPPO phones this year.
