SHARGE, a Chinese accessory brand, has officially launched the Shargeek 170 in Malaysia. As the successor to the Shargeek 100 and 130, this sizable power bank features a transparent prism silhouette and is capable of charging several devices simultaneously.

The Shargeek 170 features a 24,000mAh capacity and has a max 170W output (hence the name) with a PD 3.1 140W max single-port output. A single device can receive the power bank’s full, uncontested wattage and charge your devices from 0% to 50% within 20 minutes.

The Shargeek 170 is capable of splitting the charge between up to three different devices through its two USB-C ports and a single USB-A port. This is possible thanks to the power bank’s ability to intelligently split the 65W between its two USB-C ports and the 18W for its USB-A port.

There are six electric-vehicle-grade batteries housed within the device, allowing it to maintain over 80% capacity even after +800 charges. Additionally, it can also keep track of the power bank’s energy through its new seven-segment “Full-Colour Smart Display”. Through this display, you’ll learn key information about the Shargeek 170, such as high-speed charging, discharging, temperature alerts, and others.

Of course, with such a large output and capacity, many are concerned about their low-current devices, such as wireless earbuds and smartwatches. However, Shargeek 170 is also suitable for these devices; thanks to its “Low-current Mode,” it can safely reduce its output, which is ideal for these smaller devices.

The Shargeek 170 features a great deal of security measures as well, such as an IP66 water resistance. The device is also rated “fireproof” and “waterproof” for added durability. Furthermore, the device also has over-current protection, over-voltage protection, overload protection, under-voltage protection, overheat protection, and short-circuit protection. It is also airline-safe with 86.4Wh, letting you skip the annoying security checks.

The Shargeek 170 is priced at RM1,299 and will be available starting 25 December at their official Shopee and SHARGE stores. If you purchase the Shargeek 170 from 25 December to 15 January, you can also receive a 140W charger, a Phantom C-to-C (USB-C to USB-C) cable, and a Retro C-to-L (USB-C to Lightning) cable with a combined worth of RM657, free of charge.
