Saints Row: The Third Remastered is now on Steam following one year of exclusivity on the Epic Games Store. The good news is that it will launch with a 40% discount until 29 May. It gets even better if you already own the older version and all its DLC. This is because the discount goes all the way to 65% if you do.
For those who are unfamiliar, Saints Row: The Third, or SR3 is an open world crime comedy title. Think Grand Theft Auto, but with the funny turned up to 11. It’s also arguably better than its sequel, which cranks the comedy up so high that the only way you can enjoy it is to turn your brain off.
As a remaster, the main appeal of Saints Row: The Third Remastered is the new character models. They’re not vastly different from the original, but there’s no doubt an improvement. It also has all the DLC of the original packed in.
Normally, the game would be priced at RM61 on Steam. But as mentioned, get it before 29 May and this drops to RM36.60. If you already own the older version and all its DLC, this goes down even further to RM21.23.
