Fortnite has turned from your regular battle royale into a crossover battle royale of sorts. With the Marvel-themed episode ending in the battle with Galactus, the game is moving on to a season featuring “hunters”. One is the Mandalorian. The other, from the looks of it, is Kratos from God of War.
No official announcement has been made just yet, but a leaked image by Twitter user @HYPEX looks very convincing. It features Kratos in a rebooted look, albeit with less detail to fit the Fortnite art style.

PlayStation’s Twitter account also had a tease of its own. In it is a voice clip of someone saying something about a guy who has killed gods with his bare hands in a fit of uncontrollable rage. Which sounds like a description that can fit very few others besides Kratos.

For now, there’s no indication as to when Kratos will officially be joining the world of Fortnite. The same goes for if the skin is something you can earn, or if it is something you have to pay for. And being a character from a PlayStation-exclusive IP, if the skin will also be exclusive to the platform. But if the PlayStation Twitter account is teasing it, then an official announcement shouldn’t be too far away.
