It’s already known that Sony will be bringing in the Xperia 5 II to Malaysia this December, but exactly how much it would cost us is still unknown. That is, until now.

According to the official Sony Malaysia product page, the Xperia 5 II will retail at an SRP of RM4099 and also be available in three colours: Pink, Black, and Blue. The price tag was first picked up by Amanz, and from the looks of it, it’s very likely that the price reveal is an accident. The only thing missing from the equation now is the exact launch date in December.

Besides that, nothing has changed in the hardware department. The Xperia 5 II will sport a 6.1-inch OLED FHD+ display with a 21:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate. Beneath the hood, the phone houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, 8GB RAM, 256GB of expandable storage, and a 4000mAh battery. That also supports up 21W fast-charging.

Camera-wise, the main camera uses a triple 12MP array, each with varying focal lengths and tasks. Specifically, it comprises a 24mm wide, a 70mm telephoto, and a 16mm ultrawide. The selfie camera around the front uses an 8MP sensor. Last but not least, the phone also comes equipped with the full range of Sony’s Hi-Res and LDAC audio technology, plus a 3.5mm headphone jack.
