If you were to do a search for the ASUS ROG Phone 3 on the brand’s official website, what you’ll be greeted with is a silhouette of what may very well be the phone in question, plus a countdown timer right at the top of the poster. Complete with the words “Game Changer” just below said silhouette.
At the time of writing, the timer still has a little more than 19 days left on it. Do some quick maths and the date you’re looking for on the calendar is 22 July. On top of that, ASUS has accommodated the countdown timer with the exact time the livestream will kick off: 11PM.
There has undoubtedly been a lot of hype and anticipation surrounding the ROG Phone 3. Exact details of the phone have been scarce, but some specifics have already been more or less confirmed. First, the phone will definitely be running the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC.
Also, based on a recent leak, it’s likely that ASUS could be upping its main camera game by giving the phone a triple-camera main module. In any case, we’ll just have to wait and see what ASUS has in store for us later this month.
