The madness first started at next@acer Berlin 2018 when Acer unveiled the Predator Thronos gaming cockpit, which was then released in Malaysia a few months later for RM 57,000. One year later, the Taiwanese tech giant reveals the Predator Thronos Air which features removable massage module on its chair.

Acer has not revealed any plan to produce yet another Predator Thronos for 2020. However, it did unveil a new Predator Gaming Chair during the virtual next@Acer 2020 session which was done live from its hometown of Taipei.

This time around, Acer has roped in the renowned massage chair manufacturer from Singapore, OSIM to create the new gaming chair. Made from PVC leather and equipped with OSIM V-Hand Massage Technology, the new Predator Gaming Chair massage module can cover gamers’ neck and shoulders as well as their entire back.

As noted in the above specs sheet, the Predator x OSIM Gaming Chair is also equipped with a pair of Bluetooth speakers which are located on its headrest. Alongside the ability to recline at angles of up to 145-degree, gamers can access all the massage options on the remote control that is located on the chair’s right-side armrest.

Meanwhile, Acer has yet to confirm the availability and pricing for the new gaming chair. So, for now, don’t rush yet to your favourite Acer or OSIM retailers and we’ll keep you posted if we can gain more information about the new Predator x OSIM Massage Gaming Chair from Acer.
