The new AMD Ryzen 4000 series processors have lately begun to gain traction among manufacturers, especially for their gaming laptops. The latest in the list is our homegrown brand, Illegear who has just announced two models that can be fitted with AMD’s latest pride and joy.
They are not an all-new model though, so you might have heard of these Illegear laptops before. Among them is the Onyx V that features a15.6-inch Full HD 120Hz IPS display and can be fitted with either AMD Ryzen 5 4600H or Ryzen 7 4800H into the Onyx V.
Similar processor options can also be obtained for the Rogue which is equipped with a larger 17.3-inch Full HD IPS display that also has 120Hz refresh rate. Despite the differences in terms of size and design, the graphics option for both laptops is maxed out at NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.
However, the base graphics option for Onyx V is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 that is not available for Rogue. Instead, the 17-inch model base graphics is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti.
Pricewise, the Onyx V Ryzen starts at RM 3499 while the bigger Rogue Ryzen goes from RM 3899 onwards. To learn more about the full hardware and customization option that are available for them, just head on to Illegear’s official website right here.
