Originally scheduled for May, Apple somehow managed to make its new Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro available much earlier in our market. Consumers in Malaysia are now able to order it from Apple Malaysia’s website, just a week after the 2020 iPad Pro line-up itself was made available through the site.
In case you missed the launch news, Magic Keyboard’s main attraction is its floating mount alongside trackpad on top of the full-size keyboard which feature 1mm of travel distance. As you might expect from a first-party keyboard accessory, the Magic Keyboard also acts as a protective case once you fold the tablet into it.
As mentioned before, the Magic Keyboard for the 11-inch iPad Pro is available in Malaysia for RM 1,349 while the variant for the larger 12.9-inch iPad Pro is priced at RM 1,549. For owners of the 2018 iPad Pro models, yes, you can use the new Magic Keyboard for your device as well.
