Back at IFA 2019 in September, Acer has launched the latest iteration of Swift 5 which is one of the company’s long-running thin and light notebook series. Still maintaining a sub-1kg weight, this year’s model features subtle yet noticeable design changes and a new set of hardware.
Two months after its global debut in Berlin, the 2019 Swift 5 is now officially in Malaysia. Equipped with 14-inch Full HD IPS touch display and 512GB PCIe solid state drive as standard, the new laptop can be obtained in three different specifications:
Specs 1: Intel Core i5-1035G1 / Intel UHD Graphics / 8GB LPDDR4 RAM
Specs 2: Intel Core i5-1035G1 / NVIDIA GeForce MX250 graphics / 8GB LPDDR4 RAM
Specs 3: Intel Core i7-1065G7 / Intel Iris Plus Graphics / 16GB LPDDR4 RAM.
In terms of colourway, the Charcoal Blue is available for Specs 1 and Specs 3 while the Moonstone White can be obtained with Specs 1 too, in addition to Specs 2. Not to forget, they also come pre-installed with Microsoft Home & Student Office 2019 that is valid for their lifetime.
