The Sims 4 is a pretty old game by now. Launched back in 2014, it has received mixed reception from fans and critics. If you’ve never played the game yourself and would like to do so, now is as good a time as any, as Electronic Arts is giving the game away for free on PC.
You can download The Sims 4 from EA Origin until 29 May 2019. Specifically, you’ll have until 1AM to get the game for free. You can do so via its Origin page, linked below.
It’s important to note that this only applies to the base game. While it’s still a Sims game with a lot to do, The Sims 4 has a lot of DLCs. The page itself lists 15, priced between US$12.90 to US$49.90
Either way, there’s no real reason to say no to a free game. It did also have quite the interesting anti-piracy measure that would render a pirated copy of the game unplayable.
