First introduced to the world at Computex last year, ASUS ROG Phone has garnered plenty of attention from mobile gamers across the globe. Tonight, ASUS Malaysia will be offering the gaming phone with a massive discount of RM 1,000 through its official store on Lazada in conjunction with Lazada’s Raya sale.
While the ROG Phone might be a 2018 device, its flagship hardware which consisted of overclocked Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 and 8GB of RAM should be able to hold its ground even in 2019. The phone is also equipped with an HDR-enabled 6-inch Full HD+ 90Hz AMOLED display, dual 12MP + 8MP rear camera system, 8MP selfie camera, and 4,000mAh battery.
The ROG Phone also comes standard with the detachable AeroActive Cooler that works together with its vapour-chamber cooling system to dissipate heat from the phone during an intense gaming session. When it was launched in Malaysia back in October 2018, the gaming phone comes with a price tag of RM 3,499 for the 128GB while the 512GB model goes for RM 3,999.
Through the deal, this means that gamers are able to obtain the phone for less than RM 3,000 which is not too bad, given the fact that ROG Phone was never being offered at such a low price range. That being said, you likely need to make the purchase right at the stroke of midnight since the RM 1,000 discount is only available on 16 May.
