After nearly a year of being a Nintendo Switch exclusive, Square Enix’s Octopath Traveler is finally making its way to the PC. And before you ask; the game will be making its PC debut via Steam.
As a role-playing game (RPG), Octopath Traveler is pretty successful. Widely acclaimed for its classic RPG elements, it combines 2D aesthetics in a 3D world for a pretty unique experience.
For those who are unfamiliar with the game, you play the titular eight characters, each with their own stories to tell. You’ll also take them through eight vast regions throughout the process of each character’s journey.
Octopath Traveler will be available on Steam on 8 June 2019. As of yet, Square Enix hasn’t officially announced if the game will be released on the other platforms, such as the PS4 and Xbox One.
