The OPPO Reno is slated to officially launch on 10 April in China. Now, in preparation of the launch, OPPO has started to accept preorders for the OPPO Reno series.
According to the official website, customers can choose between three different variant of the device: 6GB / 128GB storage, 6GB / 256GB storage, and 8GB / 256GB storage. Further, the OPPO Reno lineups will be available in four colour options: Nebula Purple, Fog Sea Green, Mist Powder, and Night Black.
Beyond that, the website did not list the specifications for the OPPO Reno lineup. However, some of the specifications have already been confirmed by Brian Shen, VP of OPPO. To recap, the OPPO Reno will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC, while the higher-end configuration will have Snapdragon 855 SoC.
In terms of cameras, the device will have a dual main camera setup that features a 48MP and 5MP camera combo. There will also be a variant with the triple camera setup that includes the periscope 10x optical zoom camera. But that device is nowhere to be found.
Before you ask, that mind-boggling price tag is just a placeholder for the preorder. The official pricing for the OPPO Reno lineups will be revealed soon. Rest assured, we’ll update you when that happens.
