Valve has released a new feature called Steam Link Anywhere for its Steam Link app, less than a week before the Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2019. The new feature gives users the ability to stream their entire Steam game library anywhere.
Steam Link Anywhere is still in its beta stage, but it should provide gamers with relatively decent streaming experience. Prior to this, the app only allowed users to stream their game on an Android device connected to the same network as their host PC. The feature supports Android device, as well as discontinued Steam Link hardware.
It goes without saying that the most crucial requirement for Steam Link Anywhere is a solid network connection. As before, Valve recommends that users are connected to a high-speed internet connection via a 5GHz frequency. For both the host PC and the Android device.
Steam Link is available to download on the Google Play Store, except for the iOS App Store. Once again, bear in mind that the app is still in its beta phase, meaning that users will likely encounter some issues with the app. At least until Valve patches it up.
