Hot on the heels of Y91i, vivo recently has also released another new model called Y95 into Malaysia. At a glance, both models looked so similar which is not surprising since they shared many characteristics with each other.
One of them is their display as both Y95 and Y91i are equipped with 6.22-inch HD+ display. Aside from being pre-installed with Funtouch OS 4.5 on top of their Android 8.1 operating system, they also carry the same 13MP + 2MP dual real camera setup and 4030mAh battery.
What separated them apart is the fact that the Y95 comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor while the Y91i is running on a MediaTek Helio P22 processor. Other than that, the Y95 has 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage space which are double the amount that Y91i has.
Not to forget, the Y95 is also equipped with the higher-resolution 20MP sensor for its front camera while the Y91i comes with an 8MP sensor instead. Of course, the differences in their prices also separated them apart very well since the Y95 is priced at RM 999 which is RM 400 more than Y91i.
That being said, the Vivo Y95 can now be obtained for RM 899 by using the RM 100 discount coupon that is available on the company’s Lazada store. Don’t wait too long though as this offer is said to be valid until 29 December 2018.
