Alongside the new unifi Basic plan, TM has also revealed more details regarding the speed upgrade exercise for its existing unifi customers in the form of unifi Turbo plans. Under this exercise, such customers will receive up to 10x of the speed provided by their existing unifi plan.
Naturally, the upgrade that customers will receive depends on their current plan. Here is the list:
The upgrade will be rolled out in stages starting from 15 August 2018. New customers who registered before 31 December 2018 will also receive similar upgrades although slightly later in 2019.
As opposed to unifi Basic, unifi Turbo will continue to provide unlimited quota. The existing contract duration or condition that customers are serving right now will remain as well.
