OnePlus has set a launch date for the OnePlus 6. The next smartphone from the company will be formally introduced to the world next month; with the event also open to the public.
Information regarding the event has been made public via OnePlus’ Chinese website. Fans who are interested in attending the launch have been invited to purchase tickets, which are available from 27 April. Price of the ticket is CNY 99 which is equivalent to RM60.
Rumoured specs for the OnePlus 6 is that it will come with a 6.2-inch display that includes a notch at the top of the screen. It will use the high-end Snapdragon 845 coupled with 8GB of RAM. The back will have a 16MP+20MP dual camera and also a fingerprint sensor. On top of that, leaked image of the OnePlus 6 shows that it will have a new design. A waterproof feature was also hinted to be coming on the OnePlus 6.
In any case, the OnePlus 6 is shaping up to be a very interesting phone. We shall wait for 17 May to get some official information about the device.
