Fortnite Mobile Rakes in $15 Million in Less Than a Month

Fortnite’s seems to be raking in big money on every platform. Not only has it surpassed PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds in terms of revenue back in February, the mobile port is doing very well too – it is now the most popular app on the Apple App Store with more than $15 million (about RM58 million) in revenue.

This report comes from mobile analytics firm Sensor Tower. According to the company, Fortnite on iOS made more revenue than established mobile games like Pokemon Go, Candy Crush Saga, and even Clash of Clans. Considering the fact that Fortnite was only made available to the public just last week, this is very, very impressive.

Aside from that, Fortnite is also the most popular app on the App Store in several countries. Based on SimilarWeb’s ranking, the game is at the top spot in US, UK, Canada, Germany, and even France. PUBG Mobile, on the other hand, is in second place in the US. Evidently, Fortnite is gaining more popularity on iOS.

Things will be much more interesting once Fortnite is available on Android devices, although it still remains to be seen exactly when this will happen. For now, Epic Games is doing a really good job with Fortnite – PUBG may not be the most popular Battle Royale game anymore in the near future.
