Razer’s physical stores are limited to a certain number of countries, and if a recent Facebook post by Razer’s CEO himself, Min-Liang Tan, is anything to go by, the next RazerStore may be opening right here in Malaysia. It won’t just be a regular one either – it could very likely be a flagship store.
Tan first mentioned this in a Facebook post, writing that Malaysia has “an incredible number of Razer fans.” He further elaborated that at some point in time, he’d want to set up a flagship RazerStore in Malaysia.
While this is certainly a very promising sign – this comes directly from the CEO himself, after all – it still remains to be seen if a Razer physical store will ever be opened in Malaysia. For one, Razer’s range of laptops aren’t even officially sold here, not to mention the Razer Phone.
However, there is always a chance this could change in the near future, especially if Tan is serious about opening a RazerStore on our shores. Even though the Razer Blade gaming laptops are not officially sold here, we’ve seen them pass through SIRIM a couple of times.
Hopefully, a RazerStore will be opened in Malaysia in the near future. We imagine quite a number of local Razer fans will be thrilled if it does happen.
