Acer today have unveiled several new additions into its product line in Malaysia including the newly refreshed Spin 5 convertible laptop. Unveiled at IFA 2017 two months ago, the new laptop can be obtained in two different screen sizes: 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch.
Comes standard with full HD IPS display, the 13.3-inch model has two processor options which include Intel Core i5-8250U and Intel Core i7-8550 while the 15.6-inch variant is equipped with Intel Core i7-8550. The 15.6-inch model also features something extra, in the form of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 4GB dedicated graphics.
In terms of memory and storage space, all three variants offer 8GB of RAM and 256GB solid state drive. Each Spin 5 is also accompanied by Acer Active Pen which is an active stylus with 1024 sensitivity level and support for Windows Ink.
Price-wise, the 13.3-inch Spin 5 with Core i5 goes for RM 3599 while the Core i7 version is listed at RM 4399. As for the 15.6-inch model with Core i7 and GTX 1050, it can be obtained for RM 4999. All three variants of Spin 5 are scheduled for release in Malaysia starting from November.
