OPPO recently has officially announced that its upcoming smartphone – the F5 – will be heading to Malaysia soon. As expected, the company begins to reveal details regarding the phone in stages starting with its actual launch date in our market.
According to a media statement, the new F5 will be launched in Malaysia on 2 November. Other details about the device are not included in the statement though.
Based on initial information that are circulating around Internet, F5 might be the company’s first device to feature 18:9 display which is a format that is rapidly gaining popularity among manufacturers. It apparently will also carry Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, and 4000mAh battery.
The F5 is also said to feature 20MP rear camera and 16MP front camera which is not surprising given how OPPO market its smartphones as “Selfie Expert”. Meanwhile, we’ll keep you informed once we received more information regarding OPPO F5 arrival in Malaysia.
