OPPO has confirmed that the OPPO F5 will be heading to the Malaysian market pretty soon. This is after last week’s leak of the phone in the Philippines.
The phone will be marketed under the ‘Selfie Expert’ tagline. It is also the company’s first full-screen, 18:9 ratio smartphone. As a refresher, the preliminary specifications of the OPPO F5 are said to be as follows:
- 6-inch Full HD+ 18:9 screen
- 6GB RAM
- 64GB Onboard Storage
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor
- 16MP Front camera
- 20MP Rear Camera
- Rear-mounted fingerprint scanner
- 4G LTE
- 4000mAh Battery
OPPO has yet to share when will the launch date be for the F5 here in Malaysia, but reports are saying that the Philippines will be be seeing this phone on 26 October. We assume that Malaysia will be around the same time. More information will be shared once we have it from OPPO Malaysia.
