If livestreaming is your thing, you may be interested in Asus’ latest smartphone. Dubbed the Asus ZenFone Live, this budget-minded device has a particularly interesting feature: “live-streaming beautification technology.”
That’s right, the ZenFone Live can beautify you in real time with BeautyLive, which really lives up (excuse the pun) to the name of this device. According to Asus, the ZenFone Live also has two MEMS microphones to eliminate background noise and enhance voice pickup – we imagine those who livestream often will appreciate this.
Other specifications of the ZenFone Live are what you’d expect from a device at this price point. It features a 5-inch 720p IPS display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, as well as a 2,650mAh battery. The ZenFone Live also comes with a 13MP rear camera, a 5MP front-facing shooter, dual-SIM support, and ZenUI 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
The Asus ZenFone Live can now be pre-ordered in Malaysia on Lazada for RM649; the first 100 orders will receive a complimentary Zenstick selfie stick and a Remax RB-T15 Bluetooth headset. The ZenFone Live will be shipped out to consumers on the 8th of May, and three colours of the device are available: Shimmer Gold, Rose Pink, and Navy Black.
