Samsung’s current flagship smartphones just got even more affordable. From today until the 9th of April 2017, the Korean company is offering RM500 discount on the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. The best part this, this offer is also extended to the new Black Pearl Galaxy S7 edge with 128GB of storage.
To enjoy this offer, interested folks will have to redeem it through Samsung’s mySamsung app, which is only available on Samsung devices. Nonetheless, once the offer is redeemed, consumers can head to Samsung Experience Stores or authorised dealers to get the discount.
When they were first launched in Malaysia, the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge retail at RM2,699 and RM3,099 respectively; the 128GB variant of the S7 edge in Black Pearl, on the other hand, goes for RM3,399. With this discount, the standard S7 can be gotten for only RM2,199, while the 32GB and 128GB S7 edge can be purchased for RM2,599 and RM2,899 respectively.
The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are still some of the best Android smartphones in the market now, so it’s great to see that Samsung is offering a pretty generous discount on these two devices. In retrospect, it makes a lot of sense: the company is expected to announce the new Galaxy S8 devices next week, after all.
