The new OnePlus 3T is finally about to be available in Malaysia. After passing SIRIM certification last week, the device is now available for pre-order at RM2,229.
As usual, the OnePlus 3T will be distributed by Brightstar Malaysia instead directly by OnePlus as it does not have an official presence here. However, all local units will run on global ROMs (model number A3003) and come with official one-year warranty by Brightstar.
To recap, the OnePlus 3T is a minor refresh of the already-great OnePlus 3 (which has since been discontinued). It packs a faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, a bigger 3,400mAh battery, as well as a better 16MP front-facing camera.
Other hardware of the 3T remain unchanged, including a 5.5-inch 1080p Optic AMOLED display, 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM, 64GB of non-expandable storage, and a 16MP rear camera with optical image stabilisation.
The OnePlus 3T is now up for pre-order at DirectD as well as other popular retailers, with stocks expected to arrive very soon.
